No. Website design is a one-off service. Website Care and marketing are optional. Domain renewals, hosting or third-party software may have their own costs, which we explain before you commit.
Can you update the website for me?
Yes. Website Care includes up to 30 minutes of small content changes each month. Larger changes, extra pages or a redesign are quoted separately before work starts.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
Business includes 30 days of post-launch support and Growth includes 60 days. We explain that support scope in your quote. For ongoing content updates, choose optional Website Care or ask for a separate quote.
What is Website Care?
Website Care is optional support at $99 + GST per month ($108.90 including GST). It covers the agreed hosting arrangement, SSL, backups, monitoring, applicable updates, minor fixes and up to 30 minutes of small content changes. There is no lock-in.
